About The Mynde Park Estate

The Mynde is a spectacular Grade I Listed Manor House, hidden and strictly private, sitting at the heart of the Estate, reached by a tree lined drive and set in ancient parkland, surrounded by 1200 acres of rolling hills, woodland, meadows, lakes, pools and farmland, the perfect location for period dramas. The Mynde dates back to the 12th Century, its main feature is the truly breathtaking King’s Hall, with majestic plasterwork by Bagutti and Artari, commissioned by the Duke of Chandos in 1709, with a variety of panelled rooms, formal rooms and beautiful gardens, vast lake with boathouse, jetty and island with folly reached by boat. Listed stabling, manège, farm buildings, estate cottages and a substantial dower house.
