The Mynde is set in ancient parkland, surrounded by 1200 acres of rolling hills, woodland, meadows, lakes, pools and farmland, the perfect location for period dramas. Privately owned, peaceful and secluded, with acres of space and freedom for selected film, TV and photographic productions.
The Mynde has a huge variety of buildings and backdrops, from hundreds of meters of listed stone walls, brick walls, stone pillars, brick cottages covered in ivy, virginia creeper and roses to vast views over the parkland, to the cricket pitch and lakes with geese, swans, ducks and our two peacocks beyond, the woodland filled with bluebells and daffodils in spring.
Meadows and mown grass, hedges, park fencing, wooden fencing, sheep, horses, tractors, straw and hay bales, farm buildings, forestry tracks, tree lined drives, farm tracks and on and on.
